Frank Dammers is the owner from Gallery 1951 and also the First Dutch Registered Artist of the National September 11 Memorial & Museum at the World Trade Center, New York.
Frank Dammers creates his special works without the help of computers or any other technical devices. The artists works emerge freely, inspired by shapes and colours.
